These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of limousine and chauffeured transportation services (“Services”) provided by Tour Rider Limos. By confirming a booking with Tour Rider, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Reservations & Payment
* All reservations must be confirmed via phone, email, or our website.
* A 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
* Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
* Hourly services are billed in 30-minute increments after the initial minimum time commitment.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
* We require a minimum of 72 hours’ advance notice for cancellations to avoid charges.
* There is a no refund policy on cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service date.
* No-shows, will be charged the full fare, including any applicable fees.
3. Wait Time and Overtime
* Airport Transfers: Include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 30 minutes for international flights after the scheduled landing.
* For non-airport pickups, 10 minutes of free wait time is included.
* Any additional time is charged in 30-minute increments at the current hourly rate.
4. Client Conduct
* Smoking, vaping, and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
* Excessive mess, spills, or damage to the vehicle will incur cleaning or repair fees billed to the client.
* Tour Rider reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger behavior is deemed illegal, unsafe, or abusive.
5. Liability Disclaimer
* Tour Rider is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
* Tour Rider is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.
* While we strive to be punctual, scheduled times are approximate and may vary due to external factors.
6. Vehicle Substitution
* If necessary, Tour Rider reserves the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles with comparable or superior models at no extra cost to the client.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
* Client information is kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law or to process bookings.
8. Non-Payment and Collection Policy
* In the event of non-payment, Tour Rider Limos reserves the right to suspend or cancel services without notice.
* A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be applied to any outstanding balance not paid within 30 days of the invoice date, in accordance with New York State law.
* The client agrees to pay all reasonable costs associated with the collection of unpaid amounts, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, as permitted under New York Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR).
* Failure to resolve unpaid balances will result in legal action.
8. Governing Law
* This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
* Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in New York County, NY.
9. Amendments
* Tour Rider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their reservation.
